Leaders are vital to the growth and nourishment of the church as they build up and protect God’s flock. One of the greatest needs in hard-to-reach locations is for new, faithful national leaders to be raised up and multiplied so they can serve, protect, and strengthen local churches. We are committed to developing and deploying new national church leaders to serve the church in least reached locations.

Leadership Training
As we work to see more believers become church leaders, we’re engaged in various programs training believers to lead Bible studies, start discipleship groups, and multiply disciples.
Church Planting & Mobilizing
Approximately 3.2 billion people do not have access to the gospel. We are training church leaders and sending them to plant churches in least reached areas. This includes developing leaders with evangelistic, theological, and pastoral skillsets, as well as being part of their financial support.
Conferences
In hard-to-reach areas, it can be difficult for church leaders to both connect with other leaders and to have access to biblical training. We are part of conferences designed to equip, connect, and encourage church leaders and pastors.
Pastor Education
Hard-to-reach areas often have restrictions on access to theological education. Yet, this practical and biblical resource is critical to planting healthy churches. We are part of enabling multiple education programs and seminaries to help pastors develop in leading church planting, discipleship, evangelism, and expositional preaching.
How to Pray
For church leaders to be equipped and sent.
As we hope to see the gospel spread in least reached areas, pray for church leaders to be equipped with theological training and sent by local churches.
For healthy, sustainable churches to be planted.
Pray for leaders to be equipped to plant new, healthy churches in areas without a gospel presence and for the community surrounding the church to have open hearts and minds to the gospel.
For leaders to serve and strengthen the Church.
As we hope to see more people come to the faith and be discipled, pray for pastors to remain biblically faithful as they lead their congregations.
