Thomas formerly served as the Engagement Director at Radical. He provided oversight for digital media strategy, marketing, brand imaging, and user experience. Thomas worked in both digital media and ministry for over 12 years. He earned a Master of Divinity at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC.
