Overseas Vietnamese

Did you know that over 3 million Vietnamese people currently live outside Vietnam? There are over 1.7 million in the United States alone.

Many leave their remote villages to find work in factories in nearby countries. Also, others travel farther for school or work. Moving from the familiar into an unknown country can be daunting, yet for some, it is a necessity.

Moving to a different country can sometimes provide Vietnamese people with access to the gospel that they have never had before. A great number of Vietnamese people living overseas have heard the gospel and turned to faith in Christ! Now many have the desire to return to their country and share the gospel with other Vietnamese in their home villages.

God may have brought the peoples of Vietnam right to your neighborhood. What will you do to reach the Vietnamese people with the good news of their Creator?

Share the Gospel

You can share the gospel with the peoples of Vietnam living near you. Also, search for a Vietnamese people group to see if any of the peoples of Vietnam live in your area. Chances are they do!

Pray for Overseas Vietnamese

Pray for these “overseas Vietnamese” to take the gospel back to their homes and for the gospel to spread like wildfire among large cities and small villages in Vietnam. Also, pray for Christians in Vietnam to be able to train these returning believers to help them be effective in their ministries and prepared for persecution.

LESS THAN 1% OF ALL MONEY GIVEN TO MISSIONS GOES TO UNREACHED PEOPLE AND PLACES.

That means that the people with the most urgent spiritual and physical needs on the planet are receiving the least amount of support. Together we can change that!
